In this act Macbeth secretly hires murders to kill Banquo and his son. But the murder's end up letting the son go. This whole time his wife knows nothing about this. At first I couldn't believe that his wife had nothing to do with this but now I think that Macbeth is truly going crazy for the power of him and his childern running the kingdom.
After they come back and tell him that they have killed Banquo but not his son. The son of Banquo ends up running away because the people assume that he killed his father.he starts to seeing the ghost of Banquo in his chair. He really starts to tell on himself then. He says "Blood hath been shed ere now, i' th' olden time, Ere humane statute purged the gental weal." This is when he first starts to act funny. Then Lady Macbeth tries to cover this all up by saying to the people not to speck to him about what he is doing because it is only going to make him alot worse, say said "I pray you, speak not; he grows worse and worse; Question enrages him: at once, good night. Stand not upon the order of your going, But go at once." I think even though she did not tell him what to do or persuade him into killing Banquo she knew that he would after he killed the King and she was not about to let him ruin it for the both of them.
I think that this whole time I truly was thinking that Banquo was eventually going to kill Macbeth, but now I think that Macbeth is goingto be killed by the people when they find out what all he has done to be king. He has truly become a very ruthless man in his pursuit. But on the other hand he might end up killing his self because of Banquo's ghost.
